FAQ general

Incura has been part of the Health Cloud Initiative (HCI) for 2 years, combining the strengths of various EPDs and E-health solutions for the mental health, paramedical and primary care sectors.

In order to continue to meet new laws and regulations and our customers' needs in the future, we have updated our EHR. We have combined the most important functions from the various HCI GGZ software (Incura, Evry & CRS) into one smart and future-proof platform. This leaves you more time for the best care for your clients. A large group of professionals in the GGZ and youth care are already working satisfactorily with this HCI platform.

The updated EPR contains new functionalities that have been on the wish and development list of Incura users for some time. These include improved waiting list management, expanded reports for more guidance, e-mail templates, expanded client portal, more functions for youth care, more possibilities for personalization and more e-health programs you can link to.

As an Incura customer, after the migration, you will keep the same rate as your current rate.

The updated EHR contains the same, and more, funcionalities as Incura GGZ. The rate remains the same as your current rate. So you get more functionality for the same rate.

Customers will be migrated in stages. We determine the time period in which each customer will be migrated. You do have the option to choose your own date within that period. We look at available extra functionality so that you can switch when all functionality is available. You will receive an email from us when you transition. The goal is to have all customers migrated by 1-4-2025.

The platform on which Incura is built will no longer be supported as of 1-4-2025. Hence, we would like to migrate all Incura GGZ customers before that date.

We handle the migration of the data. You will receive an email allowing you to sign up for the migration. An application consultant will then walk you through the basic processes of the EHR. Prior to the training you will receive several emails with information and the possibility to watch videos. This way you can already become familiar with the EHR. It facilitates the transition so we would like to advise you to definitely make use of this.

From the migration, you can no longer work in Incura. After the migration, you will start working in HCI GGZ. It is expected that on your chosen day you will not be able to use your EHR for about half a day.

We will schedule an approximately 1-hour appointment with you to show you the capabilities of the updated EHR.Ā Ā 

We offer all employees who will be using HCI GGZ a free introductory meeting. From 5 employees or more, we would like to ask you to contact us at info@healthcloudinitiative.nl so we can schedule a customized appointment.

That being the case, there is no additional cost to use this functionality.

FAQ content

Yes, all active and old files are transferred. This is not just the name and address data, but it is a comprehensive migration of data from Incura. We can offer this unique comprehensive migration because Incura and HCI GGZ are both under the HCI banner.

From HCI GGZ you can continue to work with the same links. Data that can be accessed from the link will remain available. It depends on the coupling party whether we can automatically transfer data. Certificates will also be transferred if possible.

Corrections on claims can technically be done from HCI GGZ, this is because we include all data. However, it is advisable to still make corrections from Incura as much as possible.

We looked carefully at what features Incura offers. Where these were not yet in HCI, we have built them in, or will make them available very soon.

Clients can start using HCI Mental Health Care 's client portal. Clients will receive new login information for this. The client portal of HCI Mental Health Care contains more features than the current Incura client portal.

It is possible in HCI Mental Health Care to have clients approve their treatment agreement through the client portal.

Upon transition, all clients can use the HCI Mental Health Care client portal. This portal contains more functionality than the other two portals.

Yes, a link to King's accounting package will be established.

A link to Zorgdomein is in place. We are currently working hard to also realize feedback on referrals. We expect to be able to offer this in the near future.

Yes you can. HCI Mental Health Care offers multiple options in terms of 2FA, namely: email, authenticator apps, SMS and yubikey

Standard letters are available. But you have the option to create them completely to your own liking.

Parents can have their own client portal. That way they both have separate access to the portal. Useful in the case of divorced parents.

Yes, we are going to link as many merge fields as possible to the relevant fields in HCI Mental Health Care , that way we can also bring the self-created templates from Incura to HCI Mental Health Care .

You certainly can. Secure email is suitable for emailing to email addresses other than healthcare email addresses

Yes, the Quest Pro questionnaires will be retained.

As long as Incura is still being used, the link will remain. When the switch to HCI Mental Health Care has taken place, the HCI Mental Health Care registration form will be used.

Please remember to issue a consent form via Vecozo. This is important for checking your clients' insurance information (COV) and submitting claims electronically or exchanging Youth Act and/or WMO messages. Here you will find an explanation of how to issue this consent statement.

Zorgmail is a system for secure messaging in healthcare. It mainly concerns messages to the general practitioner and prescriptions to the pharmacy. If you have a Zorgmail address, you can enter the user data yourself in the settings in HCI and start immediately. All you need is your username and password.
