You can ask the client for these permissions and record the result in the client data in HCI GGZ. When you use the client environment, your client can not only see these permissions, but also manage them themselves. Of course, each permission has an explanation for the client.

You can also show the current medication as registered in the client's file in the client environment. You can also ask the client to check this, to let you know if corrections are needed or if new (self-)medication is being used. Also useful for requesting a repeat prescription.

The client can also communicate securely with the care provider via the client environment. All communication via the environment is via secure messaging. When there is a message for the care provider, he receives a so-called "alert" in HCI GGZ. The care provider can read and respond to this message at a time that suits him.
When the care provider responds to the message, the client receives an email that there is a new portal message.
No more email
Sending messages via the client environment is not only more secure than e-mail, it also has the added advantage that the care provider does not need a separate e-mail program to exchange messages with the client, but simply continues to work in HCI GGZ.
In addition, the messages between client and care provider automatically form part of the file. You do not need to register or save them separately.
