Secure communication with the counselor can also be done by the client through the client environment. All communication through the environment is via secure messaging. When there is a message for the social worker, he receives in HCI GGZ a so-called "alert". The caregiver can read and respond to this message at the time that is convenient for him.

When the social worker replies to the message, the client receives an e-mail that there is a new portal message.

No more email

Sending messages through the client environment is not only more secure than e-mail, it has the added benefit that the caregiver does not need a separate mail program to exchange messages with the client, but simply continues to work in HCI GGZ.

In addition, messages between client and caregiver are automatically part of the file. Therefore, you do not need to register or save them separately.
