HCI GGZ is well prepared
During the implementation of the WMO trajectory, we already took into account the introduction of new financing methods (indeed, in the plural). This is now coming in handy. The ZPM has no impact on how appointments are registered in the agenda or how reports are recorded in files.
Implementation of the ZPM trajectory
In the agenda, a specific performance is expected for each appointment, depending on the activity code, such as a DBC, BGGZ, Youth or WMO trajectory. From January 2022, the ZPM trajectory will be added. Appointments for a DBC or BGGZ trajectory may only contain dates before 1 January 2022. A trajectory offers many advantages as a "container" for bringing together a client's appointments and activities, including data such as:
- referrer and referral date;
- linked diagnosis;
- target time;
- and more
Plus necessary data for invoicing such as the setting and the care demand severity typing. Although the care demand typing is recorded, it is not yet used in the contracting.
Configuration and customization
In our support portal and via instruction videos we explain that new tables have been introduced. Just like with existing performances you can adjust the standard configuration, although it is also possible to start with the standard settings immediately. These can always be changed later. We link activities to a care component to determine the phase of treatment, important for distinguishing between intake and treatment phases. You can add, describe and link new activities to a ZPM activity yourself, similar to the procedure for a DBC and BGGZ trajectory.
Direct and indirect time
Although indirect time is not billed, it must still be recorded for several reasons, including:
- accountability time;
- Time display in calendars
- Productivity measurement
- Reporting on the ratio of direct/indirect time
Default values for direct and indirect time are preset so you can get started right away. Configuration changes can involve separating activity codes for direct and indirect time or adjusting the default values.
