2. For the users (care providers) of our software packages
2.1 Purpose and legal basis for the processing
We collect your personal information for various purposes, such as:
processing your request for user licenses for our software applications, for training and events;
guiding your use of our software applications, including any transition process from another software supplier;
to correspond with you, to provide you with information or to financially settle the user agreement. We will not use your data for any other purpose than described above, unless expressly agreed with you in advance.
Retention of this data is necessary for the execution of an agreement between you and us. We also need to retain data to comply with legal provisions regarding recording financial transactions and applicable retention periods.
2.2 What data is stored and where?
Your contact details and financial details (bank account) are stored. Your details are stored in an accounting program and in a relationship management program within the EU.
2.3 Will my data be provided to third parties?
Your data will explicitly not be provided to third parties, other than third parties directly involved in the execution of the agreement between you and us, or unless any legal provision obliges us to do so.
The parties we may need to perform the services you have requested are: hosting parties; software suppliers
2.4 The retention period
Your data will be stored in accordance with the legally prescribed retention periods for financial data. After this retention period, your data (both on paper and digitally) will be destroyed by us.
2.5 What rights do you have with regard to the processing?
As a data subject, you have a number of rights with regard to the personal data you provide.
The right to:
Access to files: you have the right to view the personal data stored about you and/or request a paper copy.
Rectification: you have the right to change the personal data stored about you. Destruction: you have the right to have your personal data destroyed within three months after a written request to do so. We are obliged to comply with applicable legislation regarding retention periods. If you wish to exercise these rights, you can send us a request by email. We will then contact you to process your request correctly, completely and on time.
