2. For the users (caregivers) of our software packages
2.1 Purpose and legal basis for processing
We collect your personal data for various purposes, such as:
processing your request for usage licenses of our software applications, for training courses and events;
guiding your use of our software applications, including any transfer from another software vendor;
conducting correspondence with you, providing you with information or financially handling the usage agreement.We will not use your data for any purpose other than those described above unless expressly agreed with you in advance.
Retaining this data is necessary for the performance of an agreement between you and us. We also need to retain data to comply with legal provisions around recording financial transactions and applicable retention periods.
2.2 What data will be stored and where?
Contact data and financial data (bank account) will be stored from you. Your data will be stored in an accounting program and in a customer relationship management program within the EU.
2.3 Will my information be disclosed to third parties?
Your information will expressly not be disclosed to third parties other than those directly involved in the performance of the agreement between you and us, or unless any legal provision requires us to do so.
The parties we may need for the performance of the services you have requested are: hosting parties; software providers
2.4 The retention period
Your data will be kept in accordance with the legally prescribed retention periods for financial data. After this retention period, your data (both paper and digital) will be destroyed by us.
2.5 What rights do you have in relation to processing?
As a data subject, you have a number of rights in relation to the personal data you have provided.
The right to:
Inspection of file: you have the right to inspect your stored personal data and/or request a paper copy.
Rectification: you have the right to change your stored personal data.Destruction: you have the right to have your personal data destroyed within three months of a written request to that effect. However, we are obliged to comply with applicable legislation regarding retention periods.If you wish to exercise these rights, please send a request to us by e-mail. We will then contact you in order to process your request correctly, completely and in a timely manner.
