The most commonly used services Uw Zorg Online and BeterDichtbij will work together to make healthcare easier. The first step is a link between the two services. Patients in Uw Zorg Online can then easily use BeterDichtbij.
The BeterDichtbij patient app now includes the service Uw Zorg Online directly. Godfried Bogaerts, general manager of BeterDichtbij: “If you need care, you want the service to be easily set up for you. Through this collaboration, we are connecting digital primary care to digital hospital care, which helps patients in their care pathways.”
Integration services
The next step in the collaboration is to investigate the possible integration of the two services. Wieger Vosdirector Uw Zorg Online: “Can we make it possible for patients to also make digital contact with their GP via the BeterDichtbij app? Or can we have BeterDichtbij conversations between patients and, for example, the hospital in the Uw Zorg Online show app?”
“Consumers will have the freedom to use the digital service that is most convenient for them for each type of care. This will allow digital services in care to further scale up, which will also support the objectives of the IZA.”
