Monitoring and evaluation of treatments are crucial components of ensuring quality within mental health care. Routine Outcome Monitoring (ROM) provides the practitioner with valuable insights and enables adjustments to treatments. HCI GGZ offers SSE links and even deep integration with various e-health platforms and ROM systems, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
Single sign-on
An example of a link is SSO, or single sign-on. This allows you to get to the right client directly from the HCI GGZ EPD in the ROM or e-health system, without having to log in again.
Integration ROM mental health care & HCI mental health care
A more extensive linkage is also possible. Here HCI GGZ offers an integration of the routine outcome monitoring system. This allows you to start e-health or ROM tests from our electronic patient record. In addition, as a practitioner, you can receive client test results.
The most extensive link involves full integration of ROM GGZ (or any other e-health platform) into HCI GGZ. Through this link, all functionalities are immediately available. For example, as a practitioner you not only have access to the total score of the ROM test, but you can also view the results of individual questions.
Which e-health platform for ROM measurement mental health care?
If certain data, for example for a new client, are not yet entered, the system will not immediately make this a problem. The progress of care will not be compromised as a result. Of course, you do want to create a complete file, for example to ensure smooth billing. Therefore, the EPR software takes care of file validation and alerts you to missing information that does not comply with laws or regulations.
Are you a manager within a mental health practice or institution? Then you can call up various reports and statistics to quickly gain insight into priorities, for example by caregiver or department.
Which e-health platform for ROM measurement mental health care?
HCI GGZ provides links to most e-health systems for ROM measurements within the mental health sector. We often use Koppeltaal to integrate information flows between EHR and ROM/e-health systems. This provides convenience for both practitioners and clients. We have already realized coupling or in-depth integration with several well-known e-health systems. A brief explanation:
As a care provider within the GGZ, you have direct access from the HCI GGZ EPD to all routine outcome monitoring functionalities. The client also has access through the HCI GGZ client portal. Would you like a link between HCI GGZ and Embloom? Then you only need to pass this on to Embloom, after which we will receive the necessary linking information (such as the server certificate for secure data exchange).
BergOp's ROM system offers extensive features. From the HCI GGZ EPD, you can access BergOp ROM via a single sign-on link. In our self-service portal, you will find information on the operation and setup of the ROM system. Should you require a link with BergOp, we will perform the setup, activation and testing together with BergOp.
