Routine Outcome Monitoring (ROM) offers the practitioner valuable insights and enables adjustment of treatments. HCI GGZ offers SSE connections and even deep integration with various e-health platforms and ROM systems, ensuring a seamless and efficient working method.

An example of a link is SSO, or single sign-on. This allows you to go directly from the HCI GGZ EPD to the ROM or e-health system to the right client, without having to log in again.
Integration ROM Mental Health Care & HCI Mental Health Care
A more extensive link is also possible. HCI GGZ offers an integration of the routine outcome monitoring system. This allows you to start e-health or ROM tests from our electronic patient file. In addition, you as a practitioner can receive the results of the client test.
The most extensive link concerns a complete integration of the ROM GGZ (or another e-health platform) in HCI GGZ. This link makes all functionalities directly available. As a practitioner, you not only have insight into the total score of the ROM test, but you can also view the results of individual questions.
Which e-health platform for ROM measurement in mental health care?
If certain data, for example for a new client, has not yet been filled in, the system will not immediately see this as a problem. The progress of the care will not be compromised by this. Of course, you do want to create a complete file, for example to ensure that the invoicing runs smoothly. That is why the EPD software ensures file validation and alerts you to missing information that does not comply with laws or regulations.
Are you a manager within a mental health practice or institution? Then you can call up various reports and statistics to quickly gain insight into priorities, for example per care provider or department.
Which e-health platform for ROM measurement in mental health care?
HCI GGZ offers connections with most e-health systems for ROM measurements within mental health care. We often use Koppeltaal to integrate information flows between EPD and ROM/e-health systems. This offers convenience for both practitioners and clients. We have now realized a link or in-depth integration with various well-known e-health systems. A brief explanation:
As a mental health care provider, you have direct access to all routine outcome monitoring functionalities from the HCI GGZ EPD. The client also has access via the HCI GGZ client portal. Do you want a link between HCI GGZ and Embloom? Then you only need to pass this on to Embloom, after which we receive the necessary pairing information (such as the server certificate for secure data exchange).
The ROM system of BergOp offers extensive functions. From the HCI GGZ EPD you can access BergOp ROM via a single sign-on link. In our self-service portal you will find information about the operation and setup of the ROM system. If you want a link with BergOp, we will perform the setup, activation and testing together with BergOp.
