As a Consultant, you help our largest clients get more out of their EHR, from daily operations to the billing that keeps healthcare running.
What are you going to do?
You are the familiar face for a number of our largest clients in Mental Healthcare and Youth Care. You ensure they get the most out of their EHR, from setup to daily practice and the billing that keeps care running. The better you help them, the smoother their practitioners work and the more control they gain over their cash flow. Your primary goal is to add value and ensure they remain satisfied with HCI CRS.
Your tasks:
- You are the main point of contact and discussion partner for the largest clients: periodic meetings, contributing ideas regarding their processes, and investigating what has not yet been documented.
- You guide the rollout of new functionalities and help customers actually use them, so that the investment pays for itself.
- As the second line behind the support desk, you handle the more difficult questions and help customers move forward with the content.
- You advise clients in Mental Healthcare and Youth Care on how best to use the EHR for, for example, their billing.
- You document customer requests and bugs, escalate them to our product team via DevOps, and provide status updates. You also keep the knowledge base up to date.
- You identify opportunities to further assist the customer and liaise with support, development, and sales to do so. Occasionally, you give a demo or webinar.

- Salary: €4.000 to €5.500 gross per month based on 40 hours.

What are you bringing?
You are quick to switch gears and like to think one step ahead. You are curious, take initiative, and feel at home with clients. Numbers don't scare you; in fact, you enjoy exploring what the data tells you. And you handle large financial flows with care, because real healthcare funding is tied to them.
- HBO working and thinking level.
- A few years of experience as a consultant, for example through secondment or at a major healthcare IT company (close to five years). Or experience working on an EHR (preferably HCI CRS) from a healthcare institution, preferably in mental healthcare or youth care.
- You are analytical and enjoy data analysis and business rules.
- You have an overview of an entire system and are not afraid to delve into the depths.
- Prerequisites: knowledge of mental healthcare, an EHR or healthcare administration, and an affinity for data analysis.
A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required for all our positions, as we work in the healthcare sector.
