Account Manager | Maastricht

For our commercial team we are looking for a new colleague who builds and maintains customer relationships and brings our e-health platform to the attention of healthcare institutions and professionals.

This is what you do as an account manager at Embloom

As an account manager you are responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships. Embloom offers an e-health platform and is active in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. You are responsible for accounts in all these countries. You are involved in following up leads and trying to convert them into successful customer relationships. You maintain personal contact with customers and remain in conversation during the entire sales process and afterwards. You are a real networker and connector. Because we are a small team, your work will be varied and there is room for your own input and ideas. In general, your work consists of:

  • Preparing and sending quotations;
  • Maintaining and expanding our customer base;
  • Advising and brainstorming with new and existing customers;
  • Providing demos or training about our platform;
  • Providing implementation processes for new customers;
  • Identifying developments in the industry and converting these into commercial ideas.

You in a nutshell

  • You have a higher professional education/university education working and thinking level;
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and preferably German;
  • You have very good communication skills;
  • You are proactive, results-oriented and a real team player;
  • You are stress-resistant, flexible and think in terms of opportunities and possibilities;
  • You have knowledge of, or a background in, healthcare;
  • Preferably you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Finally, you are looking for a position for at least 24 hours per week.
