You create awareness, education, and thought leadership, supporting the entire funnel with content that gets things moving.

How you contribute

You are the content engine of HCI: you make complex material accessible and build a strong, recognizable content brand.

  • You create high-quality content in various formats: blogs, videos, webinars, customer stories, podcasts and social content.
  • You repurpose existing content into new formats—snippets, shorts, social posts, scripts, visuals—and thus maximize reach.
  • You ensure that content is distributed through the right channels (e.g. LinkedIn, website, email, campaigns).
  • You optimize content for SEO so that our target group can find us more easily.
  • You manage and monitor a clear and strategic content calendar.
  • You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to link content to campaigns, upsell opportunities, and retention strategies.

What are you going to do?

As a Content Marketer you are responsible for the following:

Content creation & storytelling

  • Creates in-depth, accessible, and inspiring content from complex SaaS and data structures.
  • Gathers input from interviews, customer cases, expert sessions and translates this into valuable stories.
  • Builds thought leadership through educational content that influences behavior and awareness.

Content repurposing & distribution

  • Extract more value from existing content through smart repurposing.
  • Develops distribution plans and ensures that content reaches the right target group at the right time.

SEO & performance

  • Optimizes all content for search engines.
  • Track performance through GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Makes adjustments where necessary to increase visibility and traffic.

Funnel support

  • Creates content for the entire funnel: awareness, consideration, activation, retention.
  • Supports cross-sell and upsell campaigns with targeted content.

As a Content Marketer, you'll help build scalable, data-driven growth across various healthcare disciplines, together with teams that make an impact in healthcare every day.

What we offer you

  • Salary: €3.500 – €4.000 gross per month based on 40 hours.
  • 8% holiday allowance, internet allowance and a good pension scheme.
  • Hybrid work: mix of our offices in Amsterdam, Haarlem, Hoofddorp & Wageningen + 2 work-from-home days.
  • Home working allowance of €2,40 per day.
  • 25 vacation days, with the option to purchase 10 additional days.
  • Travel reimbursement (€0,23 cents per kilometer or public transport fully reimbursed) and home workplace allowance of
    €500 every two years.

What are you bringing?

You are a creative and analytical storyteller with strategic insight and a talent for translating complexity into compelling content.

  • Experience with content creation, storytelling and making technical or complex information accessible.
  • A portfolio that showcases how you make stories tangible—from video to long-form content.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, in both Dutch and English.
  • Experience with content planning, SEO, distribution and performance analysis.
  • Familiar with CMS, marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot/Marketo) and design tools (Figma/Adobe).
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or health tech is a plus. This also applies to photo and video production experience.
