Are you service-oriented, structured and do you like to work in an organization that supports primary care with smart software solutions? Then we are looking for you! 

For our support organization at SpotOnMedics (part of HCI) we are looking for two enthusiastic Support employees who can help our users get the most out of our software. 

As a Support employee you are the first point of contact for our customers. You: 

  • Answers customer questions by phone, email and via our support portal 
  • Resolves most questions independently and ensures clear communication 
  • Registers, categorizes and monitors notifications in the support tool 
  • Escalates complex questions to the second line if necessary 
  • Contributes to the creation and improvement of knowledge articles for our customers 
  • Actively refers customers to training, Academy content and power sessions 
  • Participates in improving processes, documentation and customer experience 

Your profile 

You are customer-oriented, analytical and like to work in a structured way. In addition, you recognize yourself in the following: 

  • MBO+/HBO work and thinking level 
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or support role 
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) 
  • Affinity with healthcare - experience with physiotherapy practices or primary care is an advantage 
  • You switch quickly, are stress-resistant and think in solutions 
  • You enjoy working with colleagues from support, product, account management and implementation
