What are you going to do?

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the link between our users (physiotherapists) and our team. You'll ensure that healthcare providers receive prompt and effective assistance, freeing up time for their patients. Your primary goal is to provide customers with fast, effective, and friendly support, and to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Your tasks:

  • Answer customer questions via phone, email and support portal.
  • Independently resolve customer queries and communicate clearly.
  • Register, categorize and monitor notifications.
  • Complex issues are escalated to the second line.
  • Contribute to knowledge articles and improvements to support documentation.
  • Actively refer customers to training courses, Academy content and power sessions.
  • Contribute to and participate in improvement projects and process optimization.

  • Salary: €2.600 to €3.100 gross per month based on 40 hours.
  • 8% holiday allowance and good pension scheme.

  • Travel allowance, home work allowance of € 2,40 per day and mileage allowance of € 0,23 per kilometer

What are you bringing?

You're customer-focused, analytical, structured, and a quick thinker. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and actively seek solutions.

  • MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or supporting role.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • An affinity with the healthcare sector and experience with physiotherapy or primary care is an advantage.
  • Stress-resistant and solution-oriented.
