To strengthen our customer support team, we are looking for a Customer Support Employee.

You do this at Embloom

As a Customer Support Employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You provide telephone and written service to users of the platform and are responsible for all incoming issues. This ranges from providing technical and functional support to answering questions of a financial, commercial or general nature. You work together with a team of experienced and enthusiastic colleagues, who are happy to help you develop further. You also have short lines of communication with colleagues from other departments and ensure that our customers are helped to their complete satisfaction.

The work is very varied; all kinds of questions and support requests pass by. An average working day therefore does not really exist, but in general your work consists of:

  • Providing (first line) support to internal and external users of our platform through a ticket system. For example, you provide advice on the application possibilities of our platform and answer simple, routine questions of a technical, functional, commercial, financial and general nature;
  • Monitoring the progress of handling technical questions;
  • Providing feedback to the customer or your colleague;
  • Carrying out (simple) custom requests;
  • Drafting clear user manuals for both internal and external users, explaining the new functionalities of the applications;
  • Sending (simple) quotes;
  • Identifying common customer problems and questions, inventorying possible scenarios per problem or question, searching for a suitable solution and recording this in the knowledge base.

You in a nutshell

  • You are looking for a job for 32-40 hours per week;
  • You have an MBO+/HBO- working and thinking level and preferably have completed a training course in the field of ICT or similar;
  • You have an affinity with healthcare;
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and preferably English language in both spoken and written form. In addition, you preferably have at least a basic command of the German language;
  • You have a commercial, customer and results-oriented attitude, you enjoy being in contact with people and you communicate in a friendly, clear, energetic and concise manner;
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM and ticket systems is a plus;
  • You can maintain a good overview, are solution-oriented and respond flexibly, decisively and creatively to questions and situations;
  • You have integrity, work accurately and handle confidential (privacy-sensitive) information, such as organizational, customer and patient data, with care and discretion.
