You do this at Embloom

As an E-health Advisor, you are the content expert within our commercial team. You have extensive knowledge of the healthcare sector, are well informed about new developments in the market and understand better than anyone how innovative solutions can support treatment. With your background and expertise, you advise both potential and existing customers about the possibilities of e-health within their organization. In addition, you support our Content Development department where necessary, in the (further) development of our e-health products. Your tasks include:

• You provide demonstrations of the Embloom platform and advise (potential) customers on the use and integration of this within their organization. In doing so, you act as a sparring partner on the way in which they use it Embloom platform to be able to use for optimal treatment of their clients;
• You develop Patient Journeys to provide insight into the applicability of e-health in the treatment of various complaints and disorders;
• You develop and deliver training and presentations, both online and on location;
• You support the marketing and communications department in writing blogs, articles and other promotional material for the website and social media;
• You organize, provide and hold webinars on new modules and develop video tutorials and other educational materials on the products and services and keep them up to date;
• You identify customer needs and wishes, follow up on these by providing additional advice or forward this to the appropriate department;
• You maintain your knowledge regarding the various challenges within the healthcare sector;
• You maintain your knowledge regarding e-health solutions within the Embloom platform;
• You support the Content Development department, where necessary, in developing e-health products.

You in a nutshell

• You have completed a university degree in psychology or similar;
• You have at least 2 years of treatment experience in mental health care and demonstrable affinity with e-health;
• You are well informed about market developments, challenges and opportunities of e-health within mental health care;
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
• You have a commercial attitude and are customer-oriented, which means you have a good sense of what others mean and can respond to customer wishes or the market in general;
• Finally, you are looking for a position for 32 – 40 hours per week.
