Nearly 5 million people use our patient portal, and more than half of all general practitioners in the Netherlands work with our products. We are rapidly building a platform that improves healthcare for the patient and the healthcare provider.
As an Online & Growth Marketer at HCI UZO, you are the label's performance expert. You measure and improve everything we publish online and help build a self-scaling funnel.
What are you going to do?
UZO develops the patient portal and website that GP practices use to help their patients digitally. Your goal is measurably increased reach and conversion, and a funnel that becomes more automated step by step.
- Preparing, executing, and analyzing online campaigns (SEA, social advertising, and display).
- Optimizing websites and landing pages with SEO and A/B testing.
- Formulate growth hypotheses and set up experiments across the entire funnel.
- Mapping out practice pain points together with the marketer and offering the right content.
- Contribute to building an automated funnel based on product-led growth.
- Building and maintaining dashboards with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Smartly deploying AI tooling for analyses, content variations, and customer feedback.
- Actively share insights from experiments with colleagues from product, onboarding, and sales.
Your tasks:
- Growth in qualified traffic and online leads
- Conversion rates on websites and landing pages
- Number and quality of experiments and the percentage being scaled up
- Degree of automation in the funnel
About Us
At Health Cloud Initiative (HCI), over 250 colleagues work towards one goal: better care, easily arranged.
At UZO, we work on technology that truly helps: for the healthcare provider and for the user. We do this in an open and committed team with high ambitions and an honest culture. Your experiments will determine how quickly we realize those ambitions.
You work closely with the UZO marketer. They oversee the brand and content; you are responsible for performance. Together, you form the label's marketing duo. You report to the Commercial Manager at UZO and are also part of HCI's central Growth Marketing Team. There, you share knowledge, tools, and best practices with the marketers from the other labels.
Lines of communication with the business are short. Moreover, a solid foundation for experimentation is already in place: your predecessor has conducted hundreds of A/B tests, meaning you don't have to start from scratch. You are given the freedom to test, and colleagues from product, onboarding, and support are always close at hand.
