As Intermediate Software Developer (.NET) help us build the next generation of ours Electronic Patient Record (EPD) and contribute to innovative solutions that support thousands of healthcare professionals.
In this role the focus is on hands-on development, collaboration and learningYou'll work with modern technologies within a down-to-earth, close-knit team where knowledge sharing and quality are paramount. You'll have the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise, actively contribute to smart solutions, and translate functional requirements into robust code.
Briefly:
- You develop and maintain high-quality software in C#/.NET, SQL and web technologies.
- You build stable API connections and integrations with external healthcare systems.
- You translate user feedback into improvements that really make a difference in practice.
- You review code from colleagues and learn from experienced developers in the team.
- You contribute to reliable releases through CI/CD and test automation.
Where do you end up?
HCI CRS is part of Health Cloud Initiative (HCI) — a connected network of more than 200 colleagues and 13 healthcare IT brands. Together we develop software that makes healthcare simpler, smarter, and more human.
HCI CRS specializes in software for mental health care and the social domain (youth care and Social Support Act). Our team of professionals provides daily support to institutions and practices with products such as Electronic Patient Record (EPD) and a Client Portal.
You work in a close-knit team of 8 developers and 1 Product Owner, where collaboration, quality, and humor go hand in hand. We use modern .NET technology, CI/CD pipelines, and API integrations, and work closely with Product and Support to provide our users with the best possible experience.

- Salary: €3.500 to €4.500 gross per month (based on 40 hours)

What you bring
I bent een driven and curious developer With an eye for detail and quality. You enjoy collaborating on a product that makes an impact in healthcare and you enjoy continuously improving your own code.
You bring with you:
- HBO or WO work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of (Technical) Computer Science
- 2 to 5 years of experience with C#/.NET and SQL development
- Knowledge of or interest in CI/CD, DevOps and agile working
- Experience with or affinity for API integrations and system connections
- Good command of Dutch and English
- For all our positions we require a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), the costs of which will of course be reimbursed.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with automated testing, security or performance tuning
- Affinity with healthcare IT or other complex business-critical software
