As Lead Developer at Uw Zorg Online (part of HCI) you are the connecting force between our product owners in the Netherlands and the development teams in Belgrade. You not only program in .NET, but also guide fellow developers and ensure that user wishes are translated into concrete technical solutions. Your work affects thousands of healthcare users every day.
What are you going to do?
You are a listening leader, who gives direction and offers space. You:
- Programs new features for our patient portal;
- Guides and coaches intermediate and junior developers;
- Works closely with product owners to translate functional requirements into technical terms;
- Be the bridge between our teams in the Netherlands and Belgrade – also physically, because traveling is part of it;
- Contributes to smooth cooperation across cultures, languages and time zones.
Who are you?
You are an empathetic tech specialist who knows how to bring others along. You understand that good communication is just as important as good code. And you get energy from collaboration. In addition, you bring:
- HBO level of education and at least 6 years of experience in software development;
- In-depth knowledge of .NET and REST APIs;
- Experience with Microsoft environments;
- Excellent command of the English language;
- The talent to translate technical language into understandable explanations – and vice versa;
- An open attitude and the ability to help colleagues grow.
