CRS grew through word-of-mouth for 25 years. For a long time, there wasn't even a sales department. By now, over 1.000 mental healthcare and youth care organizations work with our software. Now we want to start telling our story ourselves. As a Marketer at CRS, you will build the marketing from the ground up. We are an established name and are entering a new growth phase. What you build will still be there in a few years. That is why we are looking for an all-round marketer with a feel for content.
What are you going to do?
You do marketing for people working and making decisions in mental healthcare and youth care: from clinician to manager. Their world is complex, with long decision-making processes and multiple people at the table. Your content helps them understand what CRS does for their organization. In doing so, you contribute directly to new clients and to clients who want to stay.
Your tasks:
- Establishing HCI CRS in the market. You run the marketing as if it were your own business.
- Marketing from A to Z. Content, product marketing, sales enablement, RevOps, events. You really don't have to be a star at everything. We make pragmatic choices regarding what to do ourselves and what to outsource. You retain control over what we outsource.
- Generating Leads. A well-filled funnel. Result. SQLs.
- You create the content plan for CRS and coordinate it with the Head of Commerce.
- You write content for every phase of the customer journey: from SEO articles and case studies to webinars.
- You translate new releases into an understandable story about what the customer gets out of it.
- Together with commercial, you create battle cards and one-pagers that sales and consultants can really use.
- You manage our social media channels and keep track of developments in the sector, from legislation to the labor market.
- You set up campaigns in HubSpot, using the central templates as a tool.
- You look at the dashboards to see what works and adjust based on the numbers.
- And if there is a client day, you arrange a top location, catering, and decoration.
About Us
At Health Cloud Initiative (HCI), over 250 colleagues are working towards one goal: better care, easily arranged. To this end, CRS has been building software for mental healthcare and youth care for over 25 years, now with significant AI acceleration. Our software takes work off the hands of practitioners, so they have more time for their patients. Your marketing ensures that more organizations discover this.
You will join the commercial team at CRS and work closely with sales, consultants, and product. The atmosphere is down-to-earth and honest. We say it like it is and get things done. You report to the Head of Commerce, who gives you plenty of freedom and sits in when needed. You are the marketer for CRS, but you are not alone: marketers work at the other HCI labels with whom you share knowledge and experience.
What do we offer?
- Salary: €4.500 to €5.750 gross per month based on 40 hours.
- 8% holiday allowance and good pension scheme.
- Hybrid working: at our nice office in Wageningen and 2 days from home.
- 25 vacation days, the option to purchase an additional 10 days.
- Travel allowance, home work allowance of €2,45 per day and home work place allowance of €500 every two years.
- Learning & Development: ample room to develop yourself, with attention to your professional and personal growth.

- Healthy fun: lunch together every Monday and fun team outings.
- Working at the market leader in healthcare IT: 5.000+ healthcare practices, 4+ million end users, impact at scale.
What are you bringing?
You are a builder. You enjoy starting where little has been done yet and love finishing things. You write easily and adapt your tone to the reader. You use numbers to improve, not reports for the sake of appearances. You do not need to have mental healthcare knowledge upon joining. We will acquire that together from the colleagues who do.
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level; a degree in marketing and communication or, for example, a NIMA marketing diploma is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience as a marketer, preferably in B2B software.
- A strong pen: you write for administrators and for practitioners, each in their own tone.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation.
- Affinity with healthcare and a desire to really sink your teeth into it.
