Psychologist/Content Developer (German speaking) | Maastricht

As a psychologist, you have a good understanding of common psychological complaints and treatment techniques. You have extensive experience with diagnostics and treatment and a strong affinity with e-mental health. In addition, you speak and write fluent German and you would like to contribute to the further development of our German platform. You have a caring heart, but your interests are broader than direct care alone. You are creative, have a feeling for language and enjoy writing. You have an affinity with Excel and enjoy digitizing questionnaires and other treatment components. This is what you do as a Content Developer at Embloom

As a Content Developer e-health, you will work with other psychologists, universities and experts in the field on the development and implementation of new content. You will develop psycho-education, exercises, modules and programs and try to tailor these as closely as possible to the language comprehension and the experience of the German-speaking client. Together with our design and IT professionals, you will ensure that content, design and functionality fit together seamlessly. You will also be responsible for implementing e-health applications and working on the digitalization of questionnaires and interventions. You will also answer substantive questions from clients. We are a small team, which means there is plenty of room for your own input and ideas. In general, your work will consist of:

  • You write and develop new e-health applications based on (scientific) literature and practical experience. You also think about how these applications should be built into the platform;
  • You optimize existing e-health applications and further develop them;
  • You implement e-health components such as questionnaires, exercises, diaries, modules and care programs using Microsoft Excel;
  • You support colleagues in developing manuals, brochures and web texts;
  • You advise users on the operation and usability of our e-health applications;
  • You answer substantive questions from customers and maintain contact with external partners;
  • You monitor implementations and work closely with colleagues to ensure the quality of e-health applications;
  • You participate in the weekly meetings of the Content Development & Implementation team.

You in a nutshell

  • You have completed a university degree in psychology or health sciences;
  • You have treatment experience and are familiar with common mental disorders and treatment techniques;
  • You have a demonstrable affinity with e-mental health;
  • You speak and write fluent German (required) and preferably Dutch;
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel;
  • You are creative, driven and accurate;
  • You work accurately, pay attention to detail and are critical of your own work;
  • You enjoy being future-oriented and innovative;
  • You are a go-getter, creative and a real team player;
  • You are looking for varied work for at least 24 hours per week;
  • A curious, open and investigative attitude characterizes you.
