Do you want to play a key role in the digitalization and improvement of mental health care? Health Cloud Initiative (HCI) is a fast-growing SaaS organization with a buy-&-build strategy, in which we make care processes smarter and simpler. With our solutions from Care Provider Solutions and Patient Portal to E-health, we support mental health institutions to work more efficiently and improve the patient experience. As a Sales Executive Mental Health at HCI, you help medium-sized institutions in mental health care (30–300 FTE) to make the right software choices and you contribute directly to better and more accessible care for thousands of clients.

What are you going to do?

As Sales Executive GGZ you are responsible for acquiring new customers within the GGZ sector. You focus on medium-sized institutions and work directly with decision makers on the one hand, and via partners (intermediaries and consultancy firms) on the other. You manage inbound leads, qualify them and proactively look for new sales opportunities. Together with application consultants and the sales team, you build a healthy sales process and contribute to HCI's growth objectives.

Your tasks:

  • Acquiring new customers:
    Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling and canvassing. You give convincing demos (with support from application consultants) and close deals.
  • Maintaining partnerships:
    Build and maintain relationships with partners, intermediaries and consultancies to generate new leads and jointly develop propositions.
  • Lead management:
    Manage, qualify and follow up on inbound leads; ensure that each lead is followed up according to the agreements made.
  • Pipeline management:
    Build, manage and regularly update your own sales pipeline
    Create sales forecast reports for management.

What are you bringing?

  • Experience:
    At least 3 years of demonstrable sales experience, preferably in the healthcare sector or specifically mental health care.
  • Sector or product knowledge:
    Experience in selling (SaaS) software or e-health solutions to healthcare institutions is highly desirable. Knowledge of the mental health care market and insight into the organizational needs of mental health care institutions is a plus.
  • Sales skills:
    Excellent communication and commercial skills, a real hunter mentality and the ability to clearly present complex solutions.
  • Analytical skills:
    You can quickly understand information about the healthcare market and customer processes and translate it into concrete action points in your sales process.
  • Personal qualities:
    Proactive, results-oriented and a team player with a hands-on mentality. You know how to take responsibility, dare to make decisions and persevere in the face of adversity.
