HCI CRS You develop software that makes a difference in mental healthcare every day. You ensure that healthcare providers can rely on systems that work — stable, secure, and user-friendly. As Senior software developer You will be building the next generation of our Electronic Patient Record (EPD) and contributing to innovative solutions that support thousands of healthcare professionals.

In this role you combine hands-on development with technical innovation en professionalization of ours development practicesYou'll help build our .NET applications and actively contribute to how we keep our software future-proof and scalable. You'll be the sparring partner for fellow developers and product management and contribute to the further development of our agile working methods.

Briefly:

  • You develop and maintain high-quality software in C#/.NET, SQL and web technologies.
  • You ensure that integrations and API connections with external systems remain stable, secure and scalable.
  • You contribute to architectural choices, refactoring and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
  • You contribute to a modern DevOps working method and actively share knowledge with your team.
  • You work closely with colleagues from Product, Support and Consultancy to translate user feedback into concrete improvements.

HCI CRS is part of Health Cloud Initiative (HCI) — a network of more than 200 colleagues and 13 healthcare IT brands. Together we build software that makes healthcare simpler, smarter, and more human.

HCI CRS is a software company for mental healthcare and the social domain (Youth Care and Social Support Act). Our team of professionals provides daily support to institutions and practices with products such as an Electronic Patient Record (EPD) and a Client Portal.

You'll work in a close-knit team (8 developers and 1 Product Owner) that's helpful, pragmatic, and focused on continuous improvement. We'll develop the EHR and portal with stable integrations, collaborate daily with Product and Support, and collaborate with other Leads within HCI, while your primary focus is on HCI GGZ. We're developing a mature working method with clear standards, code reviews, CI/CD, knowledge sharing, and increased ownership.

What we offer you

  • Salary: €4.000 to €5.500 gross per month based on 40 hours.
  • 8% holiday allowance, internet allowance and a good pension plan.

What you bring

You're passionate about building and improving. You seek the balance between innovation and reliability and are energized by working in a collaborative team. You think in terms of solutions, share knowledge, and enjoy translating technical challenges into practical healthcare outcomes.

  • HBO/WO work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of (Technical) Computer Science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with C#/.NET and SQL development
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps and agile working
  • Experience with API integrations and launching software solutions
  • Good command of Dutch and English

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with automated testing, security or performance tuning
  • Affinity with healthcare IT or complex business-critical software
