This is what you do as a Software Developer at Embloom
As a Software Developer, you will work with other developers to build our applications for the Dutch, Belgian and German healthcare sector. Think of digital questionnaires, patient information via video and text, treatment modules, but also services for (secure) video calling. You will develop in a pragmatic and flexible manner based on Scrumban. You will monitor the quality of the code by means of peer reviews and (automated) tests. What does your working week look like? Incredibly diverse! There is no such thing as an average working day, but in general you will be involved in:
- Developing and optimizing complex e-health applications, both independently and as part of a team;
- Thinking about the architecture and infrastructure of new components within our applications;
- Peer review and test the work of your colleagues;
- Thinking about and improving our business processes.
You in a nutshell
- You have an HBO working and thinking level;
- You have extensive experience with OOP PHP and developing based on best (coding) practices;
- You have experience with relational databases and ORM frameworks (Docterine);
- You have experience with Symfony framework, OAuth, Web API/REST, SOAP and GIT;
- Experience with frontend technologies such as Vue.js, TypeScript or modern CSS frameworks is a plus;
- Experience with information security is a plus;
- You are at home in Scrum(ban)/Agile development;
- Finally, you are looking for a position for 32 to 40 hours per week.
