Are you really helping GPs and patients?

Easily accessible care for everyone – we work towards this every day Uw Zorg Online. We help GPs to stay in digital contact with their patients, and patients to easily arrange their care. Our app and portal are already used by over 4 million people in the Netherlands. 

But if something goes wrong – an error message when requesting a repeat prescription, a bug in the GP's agenda or a patient who cannot enter the portal – then you come into the picture. 

You are the point of contact that really makes a difference!
For practice assistants who are temporarily unable to continue. For doctors who want to be helped quickly. And for patients who count on good, digital care.  

What are you going to do? 

As a Support Employee you solve questions and technical problems by phone or email. But you do more than that: 

  • You help users move forward: GP practices and patients 
  • You bring calm to busy times, think in solutions and, where necessary, switch to second-line colleagues 
  • You identify what often goes wrong and share this with your colleagues to further improve our product. 
  • You keep knowledge up to date in the support environment, so that we can work smarter and smarter 
  • You make our digital care platform a little better every day

  • A good salary: €2.500 – €3.100 gross per month (based on 40 hours)

What do we expect from you? 

You don't have to be a techie. You do need to be someone who stays calm, asks questions and communicates clearly. What we find important: 

  • You have experience with customer contact – by telephone or in writing 
  • You speak and write clearly and friendly – ​​so that a GP feels truly helped 
  • You look one step further: where is the problem and how do we solve it? 
  • You can easily switch between multiple customer questions or multiple systems 
  • You have an affinity with healthcare or ICT - experience with digital applications or apps is an advantage
