HCI GGZ is a software company for the Mental Health and Social Domain (Youth Care and WMO). With our team of professionals we support Institutions and Practices on a daily basis with products such as an Electronic Patient File (EPD) and a Client Portal.

HCI GGZ is part of Health Cloud Initiative, a company that develops software for healthcare professionals with the mission to improve healthcare in the Netherlands. We do this with software that supports healthcare providers and helps them to provide better care. This makes healthcare providers happy and patients better.

Job description

HCI GGZ has room for an Application consultant with experience in guiding the implementation of information systems in organizations and supporting users. This experience can be gained on the side of a software house or as an employee of a GGZ institution. You are also regularly involved in the implementation at a new customer and often in the support of existing customers.
Institutions and practices where our software is used have to deal with complicated laws and regulations and frequent changes in these. There is also an increasing demand for system integration. Our goal is to adequately and effectively support the information process of our customers.

What are we asking?

• You have an education at least at HBO level and experience in advising users of administrative software, or you have demonstrable experience in information provision in healthcare.
• You find it challenging to work on a product that is used intensively by many users on a daily basis.
• You are willing to think deeply about a good solution that ensures that the system is flexible and can be used by many users.
• You are independent, honest and can communicate well with customers and colleagues. You are flexible enough not to have any trouble with a broad task conception as is necessary in a small company.
• You are preferably available full-time. Part-time work is negotiable.
