Will you be our new Customer Support employee in Wageningen?

As a Customer Support Employee, you are responsible for providing first-line support to our customers. You are the first point of contact for technical questions, problems and requests from customers. In addition, you are also responsible for recording and maintaining customer interactions and resolving issues according to established procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming phone calls, emails and customer tickets
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve customer technical issues
  • Recording customer interactions and tracking incidents in the ticket system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and coordinate escalations as needed
  • Proactively communicate with customers about incident progress and resolutions
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and documentation

Requirements

  • MBO+/HBO work and thinking level in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Technical knowledge of ICT systems, networks and software applications
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
  • Knowledge of mental health care and/or youth care is an advantage
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
