In addition, we offer integrated patient portal and eHealth solutions that ensure that the patient gets all the attention.

Your role
As a Senior Recruiter you are responsible for the entire recruitment process (from intake to job offer) for mainly tech and commercial roles. You will get a unique opportunity to set up a recruitment strategy and function within a fast-growing organization. You are responsible for attracting top talent and play a crucial role in building a strong employer brand together with your HR colleagues (team of five).
What are you going to do?
- Developing and implementing a recruitment strategy that aligns with our growth ambitions.
- Setting up a recruitment function, including processes, tools and KPIs.
- Actively sourcing, selecting and hiring candidates for technical, commercial and support positions.
- Acting as a sparring partner and support for hiring managers and executives during the recruitment process from intake to job offer.
- Relationship management: Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, candidates and external partners (agencies, suppliers).
- Strategic recruitment planning: 1. Developing recruitment strategies in line with business objectives and 2. Labor market analysis and identifying talent pools.
- Building a strong employer brand and attracting top talent in a competitive market.
- Monitoring and reporting recruitment activities and results to the management team.
- Process optimizations: Identifying areas for improvement in the recruitment process (incl. tooling and reporting) and implementing optimizations.
Who are you?
We are looking for a proactive and strategic professional who has experience recruiting tech roles and setting up a recruitment function in a dynamic environment. You are a strong communicator, data-driven and have a nose for talent.
Your profile:
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a technical environment.
- Experience in setting up a recruitment function.
- Demonstrable knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
- Experience in recruiting technical roles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Convincing and representative.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English.
- An entrepreneurial attitude and the drive to achieve results.
- Preferably experience in a fast-growing (scale-up) or buy & build or SaaS environment.
