As a Growth Marketing Manager at HCI Care Provider Solutions (CPS), you will be the driving force behind our marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing successful campaigns to spread the word about our SaaS solution to healthcare providers and generate inbound leads.
Health Cloud Initiative (HCI) is a growing socially engaged company created through a Buy & Build strategy to make better care, easier. HCI consists of three business units: Care Provider Solutions, Patient Portal and E-Health. Our common promise is "Better care, easily arranged.
What will you do?
- Strategy: Developed and implemented a growth marketing strategy to promote our SaaS solutions to healthcare providers in various segments.
- Team leadership: Managing a small, driven team of content marketers, with whom you will develop and market valuable content.
- Data-driven marketing: Set up and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Experiments: Continually experimenting with new marketing channels and techniques to accelerate our growth.
- Sales collaboration: Work closely with the sales team by segment to optimize the lead-to-customer journey.
Who are you working with?
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will work with the Head of Sales & Marketing (also your supervisor), Segment leads from the various CPS propositions, sales colleagues, your team of content marketers, business development and HR.
Who are you?
- Minimum college level of thought and work; preferably an education where growth marketing has been offered in abundance.
- You have experience in a similar role, preferably 5+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing within SaaS.
- Skills: Knowledge of SaaS tech, (data) analytical skills, knowledge of SEO, SEA, website development and UX/Design. Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
- Growth mindset: You have a passion for growth and are always looking for new ways to achieve better results.
- Data-driven: You are analytically strong and can turn data into concrete actions.
- Hands-on: You are not afraid to roll up your own sleeves and are a real doer.
- Leadership & team player: You can inspire and motivate a team to work together toward common goals.
- Excellent command of Dutch language in word and writing.
- You have a heart for healthcare and want to advance healthcare.

- A contract for 40 hours per week (32 hours is negotiable) - no 9-5 mentality;
- We prefer to work together on location Amsterdam and Haarlem, but working partly from home is possible. At the office you have shorter lines of communication (also with other departments).
