Will you be our new Customer Support employee in Wageningen?
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing first line support to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for technical questions, problems and requests from customers. You will also be responsible for recording and tracking customer interactions and resolving issues according to established procedures.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls, emails and tickets from customers
- Identify, diagnose and resolve customer technical problems
- Record customer interactions and track incidents in the ticket system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and coordinate escalations as needed
- Proactively communicate with customers about the progress of incidents and resolutions
- Contribute to improving internal processes and documentation
Requirements
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level in a relevant field
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Technical knowledge of ICT systems, networks and software applications
- Experience with customer service or technical support is a plus
- Knowledge of mental health and/or youth care is a plus
- Problem-solving ability and the ability to work under pressure
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
